Scope
This notice describes the publicly accessible preview as of 24 October 2026. The enquiry form does not send data. Before delivery is enabled, this notice will be updated to reflect the actual process.
Form entries
Name, email address, optional phone number and project preferences, budget, timeframe and message are processed only in the open browser to display an enquiry summary. The form sends nothing to Cyora, Feldon GmbH or project partners. The website does not store these entries in a database or local browser storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill or recovery features.
Copying and external links
If you copy the enquiry text, it is placed on your device clipboard at your request. External links open only when clicked, and their providers’ privacy notices apply.
Technical operation
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical data such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information are processed to deliver and secure the website. Hosting providers may maintain technical logs for these purposes. No enquiry delivery service has been configured.
Cookies and embedded services
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and embeds no tracking pixels, external font services, social media feeds or videos. Images and fonts are served locally with the website.
Your rights and contact
For questions about your personal data or requests for access, correction or deletion, contact Feldon GmbH at hello@cyorahomes.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
The King Residences enquiries
On The King Residences page you can prepare an email draft from your request, name, email address, optional home preference and message. These details are processed only in the open browser. Opening your email application passes the prepared text to that application; you decide whether to send it to hello@cyorahomes.com. There is no automatic registration or forwarding to the project partner.
Google Maps
On the King project page, Google Maps loads after you click “Load Google map” or based on your previously saved consent. Google then receives technical data such as your IP address and browser information and may use cookies or similar technologies. Google’s privacy policy also applies. We save your consent in Local Storage under cyora.googleMapsConsent.v1. On later visits to the same website in this browser, the map loads automatically. Consent stays saved until withdrawn or website data is cleared. Use “Withdraw consent” directly below the map to remove the entry and disable the map. This does not retroactively delete data already sent to Google. If browser storage is blocked, activation applies only to the current visit.
